How do you take your coffee?

how ever.

 

But I normally like it luke warm...so I often put cream or even water in it to cool it down.

 

Proximity is a big deal...coffee down stairs at work....nope...

coffee next to my desk....why I am shaking ....oh yeah 5 big cups.

I will put maple syrup in mine if I feel the need to sweeten it up.

Medium roast, course grind, 30g coffee, 100g water at 200*F into the french press for one minute to bloom, add another 315g 200*F water, stir, steep 5 additional minutes. Press and pour. I don't think it needs anything added save a cup for delivery system.

I take it black...

 

Then dump it in the sink and get a beer outta the fridge. :)

Ah, but the delivery system could make or break the beverage. I recommend a hand made hand glazed porcelain cup no larger than 50ml. Lead crystal is also a suitable substitute, glass if your health concious, although you will miss the subtle aromas the crystal provides. By all means if you decide to use Styrofoam or plastic just go ahead drink bilge water. :cotongue:

Haha, oh yes I've become much more accustomed to those sorts of coffee lovers the last few years (funny to me how some can get so offended when I say the only 'coffee' I drink is from Starbucks once in a blue moon!).

 

Never got into coffee, never needed it in University nor when I was teaching and getting up in the God-awful hours of the morning. When people talk about coffee and the different kinds of coffee and how they take their coffee I just assume my blank-faced confusion is the same I get from some people when I talk about craft beer. So many variations and nuances!

I maje coffe twice a day:

 

In the morning I boil maple syrup and pour it down my throat as I'm ridding my moose to work.

 

In the afternoon I ride the dire wolf back home as it usually eats the moose.

 

No other change.

First I like to take a trip to Forever 21 to get a new pair of uggs. Then I like to follow it up with a white chocolate mocha with soy milk from Starbucks.Case In Point
